Keep the cart and the Add to cart button always within reach. HS Slide Cart Drawer Upsell includes a floating sticky cart button, a sticky add-to-cart bar for product pages and optional cart animations that draw attention to your buttons.

Sticky cart button

A floating cart button with the item count, shown on every page of your store.

  • Devices: show it on tablets and mobile devices, on desktop computers, or both.
  • Visibility: hide it on the cart page and/or while the cart is empty.
  • Position: any corner of the screen, with a distance from the edge.
  • When clicked: open the slide cart, go to the cart page or go straight to checkout.
  • Icon and colors: pick an icon and set the icon, button and item count colors.
  • Countdown: if you use a cart timer, you can show the countdown on the button too.

Sticky add-to-cart bar

A bar that stays visible on product pages as shoppers scroll, with its own Add to cart button that follows the variant selected on the page.

  • Per-device settings: set mobile and desktop separately, including top or bottom position and a vertical offset.
  • Smart hiding: hide the bar while your theme's Add to cart button is visible, so it appears only after shoppers scroll past it.
  • Content: choose whether to show the product image, title, review stars, variant selector, quantity selector, price and compare-at price.
  • Button: set the button text and what happens after clicking: open the slide cart, go to the cart page or go to checkout. Prices can be multiplied by the selected quantity.
  • Colors: button, bar background, title, price and compare-at price.
  • Home page: optionally show the bar on your home page with a product you select.
  • Exclusions: hide the bar on specific products with the product tag shown in the app's settings.

Cart animations

Add a repeating animation (bounce, flash, pulse, rubber band, shake, swing, tada, wobble or jello) to your theme's Add to cart button, the add-to-cart bar button, the sticky cart, the Quick Buy button or the checkout button in the cart drawer. Choose how often each animation repeats.

Best practices

  • On mobile, a bottom position keeps the bar close to the shopper's thumb.
  • Use the offset or distance settings so buttons don't cover chat buttons or consent banners.
  • Animate one or two key buttons, not all of them.
  • Hide the sticky cart on the cart page to avoid duplicate buttons.

Troubleshooting

  • The bar doesn't appear: check the device settings and the product's tags and, on the home page, that a product is selected. With smart hiding on, scroll past your theme's Add to cart button.
  • The sticky cart is missing: check the device settings and the hide options for empty carts and the cart page.
  • Review stars don't show: they depend on a compatible reviews app in your store.
  • Buttons overlap other elements: adjust the corner, distance or offset.
